Olga Stoichkova is one of the founders of the ACBО. Currently she is Member of the Managing board of the Association and its Chairperson for the period 2015-2017.

She has over 16 years of experience in managing and developing commercial properties. Currently she is Asset Manager of FairPlay International portfolio. Longtime established investor in real estate. The Company manages over 23,000 sq.m. of office space and currently develops a 17,000 sq.m. project in Sofia city center.

She was Sales Director of Sofia Airport Center for eight years (original project of Tishman Intl.). Prior to that, she managed the CBRE/ Eltaconsult agents' team for offices and industrial real estate in Bulgaria. She has also been chief consultant at Cushman & Wakefield Forton.

Master of Business Administration from American University in Bulgaria. Master's Degree in Geography from Sofia University. Certified Property Manager CPM by IREM.
