Expo 2000 Office Park has been part of the Raiffeisen Property Holding International GmbH in 2002. Developed in several stages, Expo 2000 aims to offer its tenants flexibility and the opportunity to grow within the same location. It provides extensive green areas as well as ample parking facilities. The project is located at “N.Y. Vaptsarov” Blvd. in Sofia and constitutes 4 office buildings, all part of the construction development „Business park Expo 2000“. The Investor "Еxpo 2000 Real Estate" EOOD, has engaged a team of international experts for the design development.
Phase 3 was awarded LEED Gold certification and DGNB Gold in 2015.
