Tanya Koseva-Boshova, Chairperson of the Managing Board of ACBO


Tanya Kosseva-Boshova has 18 years of experience on the Bulgarian commercial property market. She acted as partner and managing director of the largest and most successful property companies in the country – Colliers International, Landmark Property Bulgaria and European Trade Center.

Since 2017 until now Tanya is Managing Partnerof Park Lane Developments. Currently she is involved in the development of class A office building Park Lane Office Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. The project is in close proximity to Paradise Center and metro station “Vitosha” and will offer 35 000 sqm modern offices in mid-2021. Tanya is also accountable for the development of new business properties in Bucharest, Romania.

In 2007, successfully initiated and accomplished an amendment in the Bulgarian legislation, abolishing restriction on the term of leases in Bulgaria.

Tanya Kosseva-Boshova is the chairperson of the Board of Directors of Ladies` Forum - a nonprofit organization of professional women in Bulgaria.

She is a graduate of the American University in Bulgaria with a double major in Applied Economics and Business Administration.

Olga Stoichkova, Deputy-chairperson of the Managing Board of ACBO


Olga Stoichkova is one of the founders of the ACBО. Currently she is Member of the Managing board of the Association and its Chairperson for the period 2015-2017.

She has over 13 years of experience in managing and developing commercial properties. Currently she is General Manager of Antract 127. High class serviced offices and co-working space in the ideal center of Sofia, GS Rakovski Str.

She was Sales Director of Sofia Airport Center for eight years (original project of Tishman Intl.). Prior to that, she managed the CBRE/ Eltaconsult agents' team for offices and industrial real estate in Bulgaria. She has also been chief consultant at Cushman & Wakefield Forton.

Master of Business Administration from American University in Bulgaria. Master's Degree in Geography from Sofia University. Certified Property Manager CPM by IREM.

Adina Welsh, Member of the Managing Board of ACBO

Adina Welsh is the executive director of Raiffeisen Property Management Bulgaria. Since 2002 she has handled the asset management for the office projects held by the company ( Expo 2000 and 18 Gogol str). From 2010 she is also the executive director of Mall Varna.

Adina is a Romanian native and came to Bulgaria in 1998 as leasing manager for Regent Pacific, following their purchase of Tzum.

She is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest.

Mavropolus Prodromos, Member of the Managing Board of ACBO

Since 2005 Prodromos Mavropoulos is director in Real Estates BG Ltd, real estate investment and management company. The company owns ADORA Business Center, situated in the Southern part of Sofia city.
Since 2005 Prodromos Mavropoulos is director in Report.BG Ltd., consultancy company acting in the sphere of preparation of print and electronic editions for business information, economic and statistic data analysis, data bases for direct marketing.
He holds a master's degree in International economic relationship from University of national and world economy.

Miroslav Tantchev, Member of the Managing Board of ACBO

Starting with 2010 till now Miroslav Tanchev have been partner and board member of Robul Management GmbH (Vienna) and manager of its subsidiaries in Bulgaria.

He participated in the development and management of projects in the city of Sofia (office complex Megapark, Bankya Residences, Q Center), as well as a photovoltaic plant in the city of Pirdop.

Prior to joining Robul, Mr. Tanchev have been working 10 years for Soravia Real Estate Development GmbH (Vienna), latest position as procurator of the company and manager of its subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Macedonia. He participated in the implementation of large number of projects in these countries (office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, etc.).

Mr. Tanchev has graduated at the Vienna University of Economics, core subjects "Business Administration" and "Tax law".
