Ellipse Center is an office building of mixed type, Class A, that meets all technical standards and requirements such as BMS; CCTV; Access Control etc. The triple-glazed diamond shaped floor-to-ceiling windows provide an amazing view in all directions alongside excellent natural lighting for the offices.
Ellipse Center comprises of two underground floors, a ground floor, including the lower body, and 12 above ground office floors in the tower. The unique design of Ellipse is inspired by the monument of Pisa, celebrated with an inclination of 5m towards one of the main boulevards of the city, Tsarigradsko shosse. The Tower′s elliptical shape and elegant exterior distinguish its specific style, yet in harmony with both nature and the surroundings.
