Romanian native, Adina Welsh came to Bulgaria in 1998 to consult in the redevelopment and letting Tzum, followed by the development of 4 new office buildings with Raiffeisen Property Holding International .

Founder and board member of the Association of Commercial Buildings Owners, active member of the Bulgarian Green Building Council. In 2018 she was awarded “Real Estate Professional of the Year“ at the SEE Real Estate Awards in Bucharest.

She graduated from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
