„Real Estates BG” EOOD is registered in 2005 in Sofia. The company is acting in sphere of real estate property and their management. The company owns 80 dka real estates situated in Sofia, near the main roads passing through the capital.
„Real Estates BG” EOOD has also realized project for constructing a building, that is fully rented and managed by the company. One of the prime clients in the building, renting around 80% of it, are the companies from Coca Cola Group.
ADORA Business Center is situated in the Southern part of the city, near the ring road, next to Business Park Sofia. The building is easily accessed thanks to the infrastructural improvements in the region and the vicinity of the main roads passing through the capital.
The construction of the building started on 2nd of April, 2008, and the building was finalized by protocol act16 by Directorate for National Construction Control on 15th of October, 2010.
